This is a reflection paper on workshops with Early Childhood Education students that focuses on the effectiveness of a narrative approach-based photovoice project for developing that competency, in which students reflect, talk and share their own minority experiences in a safe and secure place with positive feedback. This conclusion suggested the potential of a narrative approach in developing competency in multicultural education in Japan (In Japanese).
